When our users post payments using the payPayments endpoint in our API, the expectation is that the response will be successful. In very rare occurrences, some users may see an error stating that a Budget Year has not been created even though you may not currently make use of our additional Budget Module.
The reason that this error occurs may have to do with a difference in configuration files between your Blackbaud Grantmaking site and the API. This issue has only ever occurred for clients that once had the Budget module and decided to end their subscription to it.
