In Altru, there are not specific merchandise system roles since merchandise sales uses the same functionality as sales sold through the Daily Sales screen or Advanced Sales screen.
  • We recommend that Managers in the retail store be assigned the Guest Services Manager role. This will allow them to manage and configure merchandise vendors, departments and items.
  • We recommend that Ticket or Merchandise Sellers in the retail store be assigned the Ticket Seller role. This will allow them to sell merchandise through the Daily Sales and Advance Sales screens.
