Yes, families can still make payments on the account using the Mobile App.

If the credit is being applied on the upcoming school year and that year is the one in which they are trying to make payments on, you will have to have Pre-Payments enabled from that school year. To make sure Pre-Payments are enable for the school year, you will need to contact Customer Support to verify this setting or to make the change to that setting.
