As a Grading Manager:
  1. Navigate to onRecord
  2. Select Settings > Grading
  3. Click School Year Setup
  4. Using the filter options on the left, filter for your grade plan(s)
  5. Click View to update the results
  6. To the right of the grade plan, click View
  7. Click Edit in the upper right corner
  8. Make changes to the Grading Start/End and/or Reivew Start/End dates as needed
  9. Click Save, or Save & Exit

If your school is part of the new navigation EAP:

As a Grading Manager:
  1. Navigate to Academics
  2. Select Grades > Grading Setup
  3. Click School Year Setup
  4. Using the filter options on the left, filter for your grade plan(s)

  6. To the right of the grade plan, click View
  7. Click Edit in the upper right corner
  8. Make changes to the Grading Start/End and/or Reivew Start/End dates as needed
