Error Contact Record Number Batch Number Record Field Message: A workflow or approval field update caused an error when saving this record. Contact your administrator to resolve it. Subject Data Value too Large in FIMS CRM Sync log

When reviewing the FIMS to FIMS CRM sync logs, the following error is noted:

"(contact)(contact id number)Batch#: Record#: - Field:- Message: A workflow or approval field update caused an error when saving this record. Contact your administrator to resolve it. Subject: data value too large.(text of contact activity that occurred).....(max length=255)[CANNOT_INSERT_UPDATE_ACTIVATE_ENTITY]"
This error occurred because the contact comment as it was entered in FIMS has a character value over the maximum of 255 which was defined as the text limit in a custom object in FIMS CRM.
