How to add a recognition credit type:
  1. Go to Administration > Code Tables
  2. In the Category drop-down, select Revenue and click Apply
  3. Click Revenue Recognition Credit Type Code
  4. Click Add, enter the name of your recognition credit type and click OK
How to edit a recognition credit type:
  1. Go to Administration > Code Tables
  2. In the Category drop-down, select Revenue and click Apply
  3. Click Revenue Recognition Credit Type Code
  4. Click the drop-down next to a recognition credit type and click Edit
  5. Edit the name and click Save
How to delete or mark refund reason inactive:
  1. Go to Administration > Code Tables
  2. In the Category drop-down, select Revenue and click Apply
  3. Click Revenue Recognition Credit Type Code
  4. Click the drop-down next to a recognition credit type and click Delete
Note: If code table entry is in use, you will not be able to delete. Instead, click Edit and mark as Inactive. Save
