Users may find that funding plans can be marked inactive while containing funding requests with pending or planned steps.
Planned or pending steps on the Funding request will not prevent the Funding plan from being marked inactive. If a plan is marked inactive by error, it can be marked active again without any data loss.
Steps to Duplicate
Navigate to Foundations > Add a Funding Plan and fill out the Funding Plan Add Form as desired.
Click the Funding Requests tab.
Select a Grant Program, Status and Amount requested.
Click the Steps tab.
Click Add Step.
Name the Objective, set the Stage to any value, set the Status to : Planned or Pending, set the Expected Date and save.
Navigate back to the Funding Plan.
Click "Mark Inactive" from the left Tasks pane.
Note that the Funding Plan has been marked inactive despite having uncompleted steps in the Funding Requests.
