After completing an unresolved online sales order my event is over capacity

I have an unresolved online sale that is not on the Registrant tab of my event, but the event is at capacity without including those tickets.  After completing an unresolved online sale my event is over capacity. The remaining capacity of my event is not including my unresolved online sales.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Once you have an event that is at capacity, before resolving the unresolved sales order, navigate to the Sales tab
  2. Click Unresolved Online Sales Orders
  3. Click on the order for the event
  4. Click Complete to see a pop up window listing the issue with the order, then resolve the error
  5. Click Complete
  6. Navigate to Events > Event Search
  7. Search and open your event record
  8. Select the Registrations tab to see the number of registrants and notice that the event is over capacity
