1. Locate the reviewer's account by going to Site > Users > All Users.
  2. Type all or some of the reviewer's old email address In the Primary Email column and hit Enter
  3. Click the View link for the row of data that has the old email address to open the accountEmail Search
  4. Once in the account, delete the old email address from the Primary Email field
  5. Enter the new email address in its place
  6. Click the green Update User button
  7. Make sure you notify your reviewer that their email address has been updated. They will now need to login with the new email address and their old password.
