Receiving error message when trying to activate a marketing effort

Receiving error message when trying to activate a marketing effort. 
"Error activating the marketing effort: The marketing effort has been activated successfully, however an error occurred after the activation completed. An error occurred during the marketing effort export process.: An error occurred before executing the process 'Marketing Effort Export Process' : Error running marketing effort export. Insufficient finder numbers reserved. Please reserve additional finder numbers to accommodate 5 seed pieces."
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack 

Steps to Duplicate

1.  In CRM go to Marketing and Communication tab > Direct Marketing efforts
2. Click Add > choose template > create effort > Save
3. Under the effort settings tab click seeds and view the amount of seeds
4. Under Tasks click Activate marketing effort - see error
( This is a very random error and cannot be duplicated at will)
