Can someone dropped from a recognition program be reactivated?
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information. 

Steps to Duplicate

1. Open a Constituent record 
2. Select the Revenue tab and then the Recognition subtab.
3. Select the 'Add' button to add a recognition program.
4. Add a program with a recognition level and Active status using todays date.
5. Click 'Save'.
6. Back on the Recognition subtab click on the program to go to it.
7. Under Recognition history select 'Add'.
8. Choose a different recognition level enter today's date, then click 'Save'.
9. Under Tasks select 'Drop recognition'. Click 'Yes' to confirm.
10. Under Recognition history select 'Add'.
11. Choose the initial recognition level from step 4 and enter today's date, then click 'Save'.
12. Under tasks, select 'Mark active', and click 'Yes' to confirm. 
13. Receive the error: Data could not be saved.
