When there are two similar application user accounts in CRM, some user settings do not stick.
An example would be the search bar at the top of CRM. Switching the dropdown to another option and performing a search does not hold the next time the user logs in.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Add an application user with an Active Directory Domain name. 2. Remove the user from the Active Directory Domain. 3. Add the user back to the Active Directory Domain. 4. Add the user again in CRM. 5. At this point, some settings are not sticking.
