Error: Subquery returned more than 1 value. This is not permitted when the subquery follows =, !=, <, <=, >, >= or when the subquery is used as an expression - when adding more than 1 membership program to Daily Sales

When adding more than 1 membership program to Daily Sales or Advance Sales cart, you may receive the error: Error: Subquery returned more than 1 value.  This is not permitted when the subquery follows =, !=, <, <=, >, >= or when the subquery is used as an expression
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information. In the meantime, follow these steps: either select only one type of membership and then complete the transaction OR enter these memberships in the back office.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Go to Sales > Daily Sales
  2. Enter a patron
  3. Click Memberships
  4. Choose Join one type of membership program
  5. Select a level, term, and expiration date and click Save.
  6. Click Memberships
  7. Choose Join to another type of membership program
  8. Select a level, term, and expiration date and click Save.
  9. Select a payment method, such as Credit card.
  10. Enter in name on card, card number, expiration date, CSC
  11. Click Save.
  12. Receive error: Error: Subquery returned more than 1 value.  This is not permitted when the subquery follows =, !=, <, <=, >, >= or when the subquery is used as an expression
