Please use the following alternative solution to send membership renewals:
  1. Navigate to Memberships > Click on your Membership program
  2. Click Set up membership renewal notices
  3. Next to Name, create a new name.
  4. On the left, mark every membership level.
    • Note: This will currently only allow us to process all membership levels.
  5. On the right, select the time frames you want to contact.
    • For example: If your intention is to include patrons who expired last month, this month, and next month.
  6. Save
  7. Click Process membership renewal notices
  8. Next to Membership renewal notices, set the template to the name you created in step #4
  9. Click Start
