When users upload user files, they all appear in the correct folders from Edit User Profile Data. But when a parent logs in to look at the Progress page for their student, all of the files appear in a single folder.
This is caused by a lack of sort order on the folders, effectively making them all have the same sort order.
To correct this and add sort orders to the folders: 1. Go to Core 2. Users > Click Edit User Profile Data 3. Search for the preferred User 3. Edit the folder 4. Give the folder a unique Name or insert a Number in front of the title to help sort the folders 5. Save
