Error Server Error in Application. The resource Cannot be Found when Launching URL for HostNet

When going to https://hostnet65.microedge.com the following error occurs: "Server error in '/' Application. The resource cannot be found. Description HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly.

Requested URL: /Citrix/XenApp/auth/silentDetection.aspx
This is caused by TLS 1.0 being deprecated. To resolve this issue, you will need to clear all browser cache and cookies, remove any saved favorites for the https://hostnet65.microedge.com url, close the browser and re-open. Then type in https://hostnet65.microedge.com again and the error should now be gone.
