Grant is showing as paid in DC but doesn't appear in FIMS

Donor sees a grant that is marked as paid in Donor Central, but the grant doesn't appear in FIMS. 
This occurred because the grant was from a previous year but the payment was made in the current year and the user was looking at the current year for the grant which was why it could not be found.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Log into Donor Central 
2. Click on the Fund Summary tab
3. Notice that the grant shows as paid in the list 
4. Log into FIMS
5. Open the grant detail tab for the Fund in question
6. Notice that grant is not showing under detail

 14.60, DC v4
