When a user submits an SAO application, the application that shows in Enrollment Management is attached to the users account where the application originated (TEMA/SSATB). Each account can only display one application in Enrollment Management, and so if a user may have cause to submit a second application for any reason, you may wish to save the prior submission.

For example:
  1. A user submits a 2017-2018 year application via SAO, and is declined admission
  2. If they then decide to apply for the 2018-2019 year, this application will show in Enrollment Management under the 2017-2018 year, overwriting the original application.

To avoid this scenario:
  1. A user submits a 2017-2018 year application via SAO, and is declined admission
  2. Save the user's application locally (save the .PDF from the users 'checklist' tab of their Admissions profile)
  3. Delete the 17-18 SAO application
  4. Re-upload the application to 17-18, no longer tied to SAO
  5. A subsequent SAO application for 2018-2019 would come through correctly to the 2018-2019 year
