After processing a transaction batch one or multiple records returned with an error "Gift has been rejected. Card not stored in Blackbaud Payment Service, re-enter card information."
This response is from the Blackbaud Payment Services system for expired or aged cards that require a new BBPS token to be created. In this instance contact your constituent to request updated credit card information and resubmit the record again. This will allow BBPS to create a new token for future use.
Blackbaud Payment Services will purge tokens for records that are 6 months past the expiration date and have not had a successful transaction in the last 6 months.
