For security Altru does not allow access to the password of a Web form registered user.  We can however access and edit the username of the registered user:
  1. Access the constituent's record in Altru and look for the "Online Info"  tab:

  2. You can review the username of the constituent. To change this username,  click on "Edit":

  3. Edit the username to another valid username and then click "Save":

  4. The registered user's username is now updated. The username can then enter this new email address to send themselves a password reset link and change their password.
