When looking under Offer Courses, Course Sections, or Scheduling I notice that for one of our school levels the courses are organized by grade level instead of by department. Why is this?
You will need to contact Support in order to change the way that a School Level is organized within the system. However, if you wish to organize by department each Course under Departments and Courses must be associated to only one Department for the setting to be enabled. Once you have ensured all Courses (active and inactive) in that School Level are tied to only one department and every course has a department, Support will be able to adjust the way the school level is organized.
