When working in the FE NXT Budget Excel Add-In, the system is not pulling in any project budgets added for newly created budgets when a project distribution is present in the Excel spreadsheet after clicking submit.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
Alternatively, it's currently possible to add project budgets through database view.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Create a new Excel spreadsheet 2. In the Microsoft Excel menu ribbon, select the Create Budget add-in. 3. Sign in to the add-in using your Blackbaud ID 4. Under Scenario ID, select a scenario to use for the budget. 5. Under Budget type, select budget by fiscal year > Select a year. 6. Under Budget by, select to include project columns in the spreadsheet. 7. Enter at least one row with an expense account and project and distributed amount. 8. Click Submit 9. Notice in the new budget created there are no projects present in the web view.
