Specific gifts do not show in queries.

One of my donor's gifts does not show in my queries.
Please contact support and provide the Article ID for reference to your issue.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Go to Queries > Manage Queries
  2. Click New Query
  3. Set Query Category to Base and Query to All Constituents
  4. Select Journal Entries under Data Return Type
  5. Select Match all criteria for Criteria Matching
  6. Choose Any Persona for Which persona should be checked for matches.
  7. Click Search Fields. Search for Account Number
  8. Click Account Number
  9. Choose Equal to and enter Record's account number.
  10. Under Tasks, select Preview from drop down menu.
  11. Click Save And
Record's Journal entries will show. The gift in question will be missing.
