Before a student can be deleted from a family's account, all billing must be zeroed out for that student.
  1. Navigate to the family's record.
  2. Pull out the blue "What Can I Do?" menu from the left.
  3. Select Edit Billing Details.
  4. Zero Out the billing for the student.
  5. Go back to the left "What Can I Do" menu.
  6. Click More Options.
  7. Select "Update Family And Student Information."
  8. Click the orange Remove button to the right of the student.
