My form statistics aren't updating

Why aren't my DIY form statistics updating when the from is being used for Direct Debits?

This issue was resolved in the 7.44.0 release of eTapestry, which was released on September 30, 2018. If you continue encountering this issue after that date, please chat with support and reference this article.

As an alternative solution, create a query and report for the total received and average. This article has the steps to query on the DIY form and this article has the steps for the report.
 

Steps to Duplicate

Then, we'll create the DIY Form
  1. Click Management
  2. Click DIY Forms
  3. Click Create a New Page
  4. Click Contact Page
  5. Select a template
  6. Click Next
  7. Enter the appropriate information in all General Page Settings and Email Sign Up Settings fields and select GoCardless for the processor 
  8. Click Submit
  9. Edit the form with the appropriate details
  10. Click Save
  11. Click Go Live when you are ready to make the page live
Once the form is live use this to process a Direct Debit and check the statistics and they haven't updated. The statistics don't update once the first payment has processed, one week later, for the payment either.
