Smart Aid auto-sends emails any time an application changes status, beginning with Submitted (does not send emails to the school user for Pre-Filled or Open status). 

The emails are sent at 8:00am EST and reflect status changes for the previous day.  The person listed as the School Admin will receive these emails automatically. 

If other people at the school wish to receive these emails in addition to the Admin, Smart Aid support can adjust the user's settings to turn on the notifications.
