You have the ability to manage (edit/modify) custom text messages displayed on various pages for the online applicant portal where you applicants (grantees) log in to complete grant applications and other forms. If you would like to add custom text to certain areas in the applicant portal (i.e., the initial sign in page, the next page where their current/pending applications are listed, etc.), this article provides steps for how to customize these applicant-facing text messages.
1. Log into Blackbaud Grantmaking (GIFTS Online) 2. Click Launch 3. Select Applications 4. Click Forms Manager 5. Click Settings 6. Click Account Designer 7. Select "Messages" from the Settings options displayed towards the top 8. Locate and then select the specific type of Message that you'd like to edit or modify from the list displayed to the left - (Ex: "Account Login Instructions") 9. Edit/modify the contents of the message within the field displayed towards the right side of the screen 10. Click Save.
