The eTapestry Outlook Integration installer relies on HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Outlook.Application\CurVer registry key. If the CurVer registry key is missing, repair the installation of Microsoft Outlook to resolve the issue. Once Outlook has been repaired and the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Outlook.Application\CurVer registry key exists, re-run the eTapestry Outlook Integration installer.
