When previewing a custom report in RE7, that was either created in Crystal 11, or created in 8.5 then converted to 11, Users get the error 'ActiveX component cannot create object' and the report does not open.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article with more information.
Steps to Duplicate
Log into RE7
Navigate to 'Reports -> Custom Reports'
Open an existing report where the RPT file was created in Crystal Reports 11
Process gets past the exporting phase, then throws the error above.
