When downloading a gift from Online Express, the rejection code, "Card not stored in Blackbaud Payment Service, re-enter" is returned in batch
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information. In the meantime, contact the donor directly to gather the payment information and manually enter into the batch and process.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Download gift from Online Express into a batch 2. Notice that gift is missing credit card information 3. Re-download gift from Online Express 4. Open the batch in Raiser's Edge 5. Go to tools>create EFT file 6. Receive rejection code: Card not stored in Blackbaud Payment Service, re-enter
