Unable to add processor to a DIY form

When attempting to add a processor to a DIY form, the desired processor does not show up as an option
This may happen if the processor has not been set up or if the credentials were entered incorrectly.
  1. To set up a new processor, please follow these steps: How to add a Blackbaud Merchant Services processor to eTapestry or How to add a Sage Payment Solutions processor to eTapestry
  2. If this has already been configured, please double check the credentials being used for the processor

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Navigate to the DIY form by going to management>DIY
  2. Click edit next to the form
  3. In the upper left, click settings
  4. Under processors, look for processor that you would like to use
  5. Payment processor is missing
