If a tuition paying parent instructs Blackbaud Smart Tuition to stop debiting their bank account, we will comply with the parent's request immediately.   

A school does not have any authorization to override this instruction by a parent. 

 
In these cases, when a parent has placed a stop on their auto debit, it is indicated in the notes on the family or families accounts and it is up to the school to work out the issue with the parent for some other payment arrangement.
