Grantmaking Online users may want to have the ability to build reports and have the reports automatically run and emailed to themselves and other recipients on a scheduled basis.
Complete these steps to schedule a report and set it up to automatically email yourself and other recipients:
1. Click Launch, then Report Manager from the ribbon menu 2. Search for and mark the checkbox next to the report you want to schedule 3. Click Actions, then Schedule Report from the ribbon menu 4. Complete the Report Schedule Fields 5. Click Save and Close
*NOTE: You can choose to email the report in PDF, WORD, and Excel format.
