Grantmaking Online users may want to have the ability to build reports and have the reports automatically run and email to themselves or other recipients on a regular basis.
 
Complete these steps to schedule a report and set it up to automatically email it recipients.
 
  1. From the ribbon menu click Launch > Report Manager
  2. Locate the report you want to schedule and mark the checkbox to select it
  3. From the ribbon menu click Actions>Schedule Report
  4. Complete the Report Schedule Fields
*NOTE: You can choose to send the report in PDF, Word, and Excel format
       5. Click Save and Close
