1. From the Launch > Applications pop-up menu, select Transfer Account.
The Transfer Account form allows you to enter the email address of the current user and the email address of the new user.
Note: The Site field is only visible to clients with Multi-SIDs enabled.
2. Click OK
Note: The new email address will receive a single email which states that an account has been created and includes a link to where they can log in to their account. The email will also include their password which for security reasons they will be prompted to change when they first log in.
