Please re-deploy the BBDW with the advanced settings to deploy the OLAP cube and create the OLAP data source. After the BBDW has been re-deployed, follow the steps below.

1) In SSMS, connect to Analysis Services then expand the databases section to make sure that the OLAP/UDM database was created.
2) Go into CRM > Administration > Data Warehouses > Blackbaud Data Warehouse > Reset and refresh the ETL

Following a successful refresh, the issue should be resolved.
