Device names for the MobilePay app must be unique. This error indicates the name entered has previously been used, a new name will need to be entered to log into the device. We cannot use any of the device names already listed in the BBMS Web Portal. Please see How to get a security code or add a new device for MobilePay?

To view device names that have already been used:
  1. Log in to the BBMS Web Portal
  2. Go to Account Management > Mobile Devices
  3. In the dropdown menu on the right, select All devices
