When logging into the Blackbaud MobilePay app a user receives the message "The name used for the device is already assigned to another device. Please choose another name for this device."
Device names for the MobilePay app must be unique. This error indicates the name entered has previously been used, a new name will need to be entered to log into the device. We cannot use any of the device names already listed in the BBMS Web Portal. Please see How to get a security code or add a new device for MobilePay?
