Server Logon Rejected when Running the Scheduled Task for the DonorCentral Upload

When attempting to run the scheduled task for the DonorCentral upload, the error, "Server Logon Rejected" occurs.
This occurs because there are not enough database licenses for the task to run. Check and see how many users are logged into FIMS and have some users log out until task is done or run the task after-hours when users are not in the system.
