Unable to send email job from marketing efforts – process keep getting stuck at End Initialize BBDM Lists and creating server performance on both BBIS and CRM. The client was able to send the same email to internal 10 recipients. We asked the client to recreate marketing effort and they did, but the new marketing effort has the same issue.
The client is also experiencing the performance issue as soon as they start this job. For example: Getting this error when trying to access CRM or BBIS:
The section could not be loaded. Unable to connect to database 'SITE ID'. The error was: Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to obtaining a connection from the pool. This may have occurred because all pooled connections were in use and max pool size was reached. Verify the following information: 1. The item in the web.config <connectionStrings> section named 'SITE ID' is a valid connectionstring. 2. The account that the web service is running under is a member of the BBAPPFXSERVICEROLE database role in the database specified in the connection string. 3. The SQLServer service is running on the server indicated in the connection string. 4. The max pool size is set correctly in the connection string for this server. The current setting is max pool size=250
