Error: Unable to load data list. Execution Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding - When loading the Uncommited batches data list in the Web Transactions area

When going to the Web Transactions page, the uncommitted batches data list times out with the error, "Unable to load data list. Execution Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding."
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Log into CRM
2. Go to Web > Manage web transactions > Notice the Uncommited batches data list times out.
