Begin your query:
  1. Navigate to Analysis, then click Information library
  2. Click to Add an ad-hoc query
  3. Select Revenue and click OK

Add fields to Include records where:
  1. In the left column, select GL Distribution. From the middle, drag Account into Include records where. Manually type the Account number and click OK.

Add fields to Results fields to display:
  1. In the left column, select Revenue. From the middle column, drag Revenue ID into Results fields to display.
  2. Include any additional information you'd like to see, such as Constituent\Name and Application Details\Amount

Save your query:
  1. Click the Set save options tab
  2. Name query
  3. Save and Close
