- Navigate to Analysis, then click Information library
- Click to Add an ad-hoc query
- Select Revenue and click OK
Add fields to Include records where:
- In the left column, select GL Distribution. From the middle, drag Account into Include records where. Manually type the Account number and click OK.
Add fields to Results fields to display:
- In the left column, select Revenue. From the middle column, drag Revenue ID into Results fields to display.
- Include any additional information you'd like to see, such as Constituent\Name and Application Details\Amount
Save your query:
- Click the Set save options tab
- Name query
- Save and Close
