We are currently evaluating this issue and plan to resolve this in version 7.87 patch 25.

Scheduled queues attempting to process may cause a back-end Financial Edge SQL account to become locked.  It is recommended to disable the FE Queue Service and set scheduled queues to run on demand until the fix is released and installed.

To stop the FE7 Queue Service:
  1. On the server where the Queue Service is installed go to Start > run services.msc
  2. Find FE Queue Service > right-click, select Stop > right-click, select Properties
  3. For Startup type select Disabled
