UPDATE 9/21/2018: This issue has been resolved with a recent fix released on the evening of 9/20/2018; after testing internally, we are no longer experiencing this behavior.

Below are the steps that were followed to resolve the behavior in past instances. If you continue to experience this behavior on or after 9/21/2018, please reach out to Blackbaud Support so that we may address it further.


If you receive this error, refreshing your Reviewer Portal page or returning to your Dashboard from a Review, then going back to the Review should clear the error.

As we understand it, this error is a nuisance but it should not halt you from completing your work.

If this error prevents you from completing Reviews or doing any of your work, please contact Blackbaud Grantmaking Technical Support as soon as possible so that we may troubleshoot further.
