The Platform Manager can grant additional roles for more access to the system and other information. To search for users with the role of Platform Manager:
  1. Login to your school
  2. Click on the menu on the top left and select Core
  3. Hover over Users and select Edit User Profile Data
  4. From the Role drop down, select Platform Manager and click Search
  5. The list of Platform Managers will populate
  6. Click on the name of a person
  7. Scroll down to the  System Information on the left, then select Role Membership
  8. This will show what roles they have as a Platform Manager

Keep in mind that the role access may be different from person to person. 

Note: Support cannot add or remove access for anyone. These updates are made by the Platform Manager.
