1. Go to Lists Manage Lists
  2. Select Manage Basic and Advanced Lists
  3. Select Add> Select Create Advanced List 
  4. On the Select Objects tab, add the following: 
     
    1. Expand Constituent Information from the available fields >Select User Base 
    2. Expand Constituent Information from the available fields>Select User Detail 
    3. Expand Constituent Information from the available fields>Select User Role 
    4. From Constituent Information, select Parent/Child Relationships(Do this three more times so there should be 4 of these fields to account for if a kid has parents and step parents)
    5. From Constituent Information, Select User Base> Select the Parent/Child Relationship. User ID2 object from the drop-down menu> Select Select
    6. Repeat Step 5 BUT choose the other Parent Child/Relationship objects until they all have a User Base
       
    7. Select User Detail field from the Constituent Information> Select the Parent/Child Relationship [1] . User ID2 that appears in the drop-down menu> Select Select
    8. Repeat step 7 but select the other Parent Child/Relationships until they all have a User Detail
    9. Unmark all of the checkboxes for Inner

  5. Select Display Fields >Mark Enable Grouping Options
     
  6. Select Select Fields to have the Select Display Fields box appear
    1. Expand User Base > Select First Name, Last Name,
    2. Expand User Detail > Select Username
       
    3. Expand Parent/Child Relationship > Expand User Base > Select First Name and last name
    4. Expand User Detail [1]> Select Username
       
    5. Expand Parent/Child Relationship [1]> Expand User Base [2]> Select First Name and last name
    6. Expand User Detail [2]> Select Username
       
    7. Expand Parent/Child Relationship [2]> Expand User Base [3]> Select First Name and last name
    8. Expand User Detail [3]> Select Username
       
    9. Expand Parent/Child Relationship [3]> Expand User Base [4]> Select First Name and last name
    10. Expand User Detail [4]> Select Username
    11. Select Select

      Anything with out  a number would be the Student. Anything with [1] is Parent 1. Anything [2] is Parent 2, etc etc. You can update the Display As field as neeed.

  7. Select the Filters tab 
     
    1. In the Global Filter section, select User Role.Role from the drop-down menu 
    2. Select Student > Select Select
       
    3.  In the Object Filters section , select Parent/Child Relationships.Rel Ordinal > Enter 1 > Select Select 
       
    4. Add a new row for the Object Filter section > select Parent/Child Relationship [1] .Rel Ordinal > Enter 2> Select Select 
       
    5. Add a new row for the Object Filters section >Select Parent/Child Relationship [2].Rel Ordinal > Enter 3 > Select Select 
       
    6. Add a new row for the Object Filters section >Select Parent/Child Relationship [3].Rel Ordinal > Enter 4> Select Select

  8. Select Preview
  9. Select Save
