Benchmarking tab is missing for all users

No users can access the Benchmarking tab in Fundraising>Analyze. There also is no Analyze Benchmarking permission in the Analyze rights tile of Control Panel>Security>Security Groups.
Benchmarking is currently available to United States and some United Kingdom and Canadian organizations. If you are a US organization and do not have access to Benchmarking, confirm your database country is configured to United States in Database View. To confirm your database country, please perform the following steps:
  1. Log into Database View with a username with Supervisor rights (or access to Config>General)
  2. Click Config>General
  3. Select the organization's home country from the Country drop-down
    • If you are a US customer, select United States
    • If you are a Canadian customer, select Canada
  4. Navigate to Config>International
  5. Open the country record selected in Step 3
  6. Ensure the ISO Name field is configured to the organization's home country
    • United States = United States
    • Canada = Canada
  7. Ensure that the Currency setting is set to your home country's currency
    • United States = $
    • Canada = $
  8. Wait 5-10 minutes
  9. Log back into Web View
  10. Click Fundraising>Analyze
  11. Confirm Benchmarking is now available

Note: Benchmarking availability for Canadian customers is dependent on the location of your database in our Blackbaud SKY environment.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log into Web View
  2. Click Fundraising>Analyze 
  3. Notice the Benchmarking tab is not available
  4. Navigate to Control Panel>Security
  5. Click on the Security groups tab
  6. Click on any of the security groups
  7. Click on the Edit rights button in the Analyze rights tile
  8. Notice Analyze Benchmarking is not an option
