If you are a split hosted client or you host both Blackbaud NetCommunity and Raiser's Edge locally, please note that this issue can be caused by a recent Microsoft Update. You will need to either rollback the update or apply a patch which fixes the issue. The following matrix shows the association between the defective patches and their respective fixes:
