1. Ensure that this is not an inactive number being listed.
    • To check this, open the constituent record and navigate to the Contact Information tile. Then, click edit>phone numbers.
    • Then, look for any phone numbers that may match what is listed on the workcenter
  2. Edit the primary phone
    • Click the pencil next to the primary phone to edit. Change the number to any value and click save.
    • Then, re-edit the primary number to display the correct phone number and click save.
    • Navigate back to the work center to view the actions and ensure that the phone number has been updated
