My email address changed and has been updated in my organization's Identity Provider. However I am not able to log into the ON Products with my new email address.
The user's Blackbaud ID Username needs to be updated in the ON Products. In order to do this, you must disconnect the user's Blackbaud ID account.
1. Core > People Finder > select the user 2. Access tab > Disconnect Blackbaud ID account 3. Confirm you want to proceed 4. Select Edit Blackbaud ID Username (this option only appears when the Blackbaud ID account is disconnected) 5. Enter the user's new email address as their Blackbaud ID Username and Save 6. The user will now log in with their new email address and that email will be provisioned for BBID.
