FIMS: Profile Changes Unprocessed - when processing changes in DonorCentral version 4

When a donor makes a change to their DonorCentral profile, an email is sent to the organization indicating the changes need to be processed. When trying to process the changes, none exist in DonorCentral.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article with more information.  

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Receive email
  2. Log in to DC V4
  3. Click Home
  4. Admin Portal
  5. User Tracking
  6. View Report/Process Changes
  7. No changes exist
There is a page that says "Profile Changes - Unprocessed" with two buttons, Close and Back
