Acquisition form transactions generate exceptions when matched to existing BBIS users

When processing the acquisition import batch through web transactions in CRM the batch will match to an existing constituent and then generate the exception "This constituent is already linked to an existing Blackbaud Internet Solutions member: [username]"
We are currently evaluating this issue.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Register a new user in BBIS.
2. Process the web transactions for new users/sign-ups.
3. Check that this new user has their 'Online information' tab populated in the constituent view.
4. In BBIS use an acquisition form to add a new user with the same name and email address.
5. Process the web transactions for acquisitions.
6. Validate the batch and match the constituent if needed.
7. Commit the batch.
